Our review<\/h2>\n\n<p>The Appart&#8217;h\u00f4tel Three House totally won us over. In fact, it&#8217;s one of the <a href=\"https:\/\/madeiralovers.com\/en\/where-stay-funchal-best-hotels-neighborhoods\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">best hotels in Funchal!<\/a> In addition to its central location, it boasts a magnificent rooftop with bar and swimming pool. We spent a delightful time looking out over the city&#8217;s rooftops and the ocean, while sipping a cocktail with our feet in the water. Nothing was left to chance! We found a warm and soothing atmosphere, with a mix of antique furniture, green plants, natural materials and decorative objects from other parts of the world. Each object seemed to have its own story: the owner, an avid traveler, hunted all over the world for unique pieces to create a warm decor. The kitchen, open to the living room, was fully equipped with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smeg.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Smeg<\/a> appliances. She really invited us to cook, preferably with local products!<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Madeira-Lovers\/Funchal\/Hotels\/Three-House-Aparthotel\/i-wmhfSQV\/0\/Mtr6Mr8TztL97gvSKsM3sFNW92VWMk3MHDrZ2wPSF\/L\/decoration%20livingroom%20three%20house%20hotel%20funchal-L.jpg\" alt=\"hotel three house funchal - apartment\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>When we arrived, we found on the kitchen counter a packet of local cookies, a well-stocked fruit basket, and everything we needed to make ourselves a cup of tea or coffee. We&#8217;ve fallen in love with the cups from French brand <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lecreuset.fr\/fr_FR\/notre-heritage\/cop007.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Le Creuset<\/a>, which are as pretty as they are practical &#8211; a real treat for tea lovers like us!<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Madeira-Lovers\/Funchal\/Hotels\/Three-House-Aparthotel\/i-tvqmnNv\/0\/LZkPV4ffMQcXhQhvf3R6k22Kj5r5szp2pCbfXcRW6\/L\/decoration%20bedroom%20three%20house%20hotel%20funchal-L.jpg\" alt=\"hotel three house funchal - room\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Our favorite room, however, was the bedroom. We felt instantly soothed, enveloped in a relaxing ambience, with its light tones enhanced by discreet touches of soft colors. The decor was down to the smallest detail, from well-chosen natural materials to attractive electrical outlets.
